I’ve Been There.

My approach is shaped by my own life experiences, and trauma is a very real part of my story.

I lost my dad at a young age, but that tragic experience – and my mom’s inspirational influence – taught me about empowerment, about the possibility within impossibility, and that fear can shut a lot of doors.

I learned to heal my own unhealed wounds, and I want to share the empathy and experience I’ve gained to help you heal yours.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) incorporates specific eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to facilitate the brain’s processing of emotional and traumatic memories. The method has been extensively researched  for its efficacy in reducing the emotional distress associated with traumatic memories.

Is EMDR right for you?

  • If you're facing challenges like past trauma, anxiety, or deep sadness, and you're looking for a positive change.

  • For anyone who's given therapy a go but feels like there's still more to explore or heal

  • Those who are quietly working through loss and are hoping for some peace of mind

  • Anyone curious about digging deeper into understanding themselves and really getting to the heart of healing

  • EMDR isn’t for everyone. We’ll start with a session, to see if it’s a fit.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) works like a brain's reset button for dealing with trauma. By combining guided eye movements with recalling distressing events, it taps into the brain's natural healing process, helping to rewire how these memories are stored and reducing their emotional impact.

Real healing starts here.
